Has the final payment been entered and queued into payroll software?

Updated Related Partners Pay Amounts?

If this person was working with a partner do we need to adjust that person's take-home pay?

Final Payroll Amount

This is how much we owe the contractor at the time of their contract termination.

Removed from Internal List - Mailchimp, Birthday Co

Has the contractor been removed from internal email and mailing lists?

Date of Final Direct Deposit

This is the next applicable payment date for the final direct deposit from Tidy Casa.

Is there an open equipment lease?

Did they get an equipment lease from Tidy Casa? If so, was it completed?

Did we get the equipment back?

If there's still an active lease have we gotten the equipment back so we can close out the lease?

Eligible for Rehire?

Is this business or individual able to re-instate their contract at another time?
