The Role

Are you a driven, self-managed closer who likes to solve puzzles and build things? At Tidy Casa, we’re looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to handle inbound leads, follow up on quotes, and close deals with confidence.

Your goal? Convert leads into loyal, recurring clients. We’re not looking for just any salesperson—we need someone who’s hungry to grow, learn, and find better ways to succeed.

If you’re resilient, quick on your feet, and love the thrill of closing a deal, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Close Deals: Handle inbound leads with a 50–60% close rate (top performers easily hit 60–80% following a basic script).
• Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on quotes via phone and text to convert warm leads into clients.
• Grow Recurring Clients: Drive the acquisition of recurring customers to increase long-term revenue.
• Deliver Results: Track sales metrics and continuously improve performance to hit and exceed targets.
• Adapt and Learn: Experiment with different approaches and improve skills constantly.
• Communicate Clearly: Keep detailed notes of customer interactions to ensure a smooth sales and clear team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

This role isn’t for everyone. We need a high-energy, results-driven sales pro who can think fast, handle objections, and thrive on closing deals. 

You should have:

• Resilience: Bounce back quickly and learn from setbacks to sharpen your skills.
• Problem-Solving: Think on your feet and adapt to each customer’s unique needs and objections.
• Self-Management: Work independently, stay focused, and manage your time effectively.
• Growth Mindset: A hunger to improve, learn, and experiment with new strategies.
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to connect with clients and follow up professionally.
• Tech Savvy-ish: Comfortable with Google Docs, CRM tools, and basic smartphone/internet skills.

Bonus Points

While not required, you’ll stand out if you have:

• Proven sales experience, especially in inbound or phone sales.
• A bilingual edge (Spanish and English).
• Experience in the home service industry or are used to closing recurring services and selling $200-$1,000 packages.
