Youâll be cleaning homes like a boss. That means:
- Following Tidy Casaâs checklist (this is how we avoid stress and complaints).
- Taking before-and-after photos to protect yourself and provide transparency to clients.
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spacesâeither solo or with a partner.
- Representing Tidy Casa professionally: friendly, respectful, and reliable.

- Experienced: Youâve cleaned homes professionally before.
- Reliable: You do what you say, show up on time, and communicate early if anything changes.
- Thorough: You donât cut corners, you clean them.

- Legal to Work in the U.S. and can pass a background check.
- Basic English Speakers (At least one person on your team must be able to read job notes.)

Right now, weâre especially looking for people in:
Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Mesa, Tempe, Tucson, Oro Valley, and surrounding areas.
Youâll typically drive 30â40 minutes to your first house and about 30 minutes between jobs. We do our best to minimize long drives and keep things convenient.
