🧼 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be cleaning homes like a boss. That means:

  • Following Tidy Casa’s checklist (this is how we avoid stress and complaints).

     

  • Taking before-and-after photos to protect yourself and provide transparency to clients.
  • Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces—either solo or with a partner.
  • Representing Tidy Casa professionally: friendly, respectful, and reliable.

  • Experienced: You’ve cleaned homes professionally before.

     

  • Reliable: You do what you say, show up on time, and communicate early if anything changes.
  • Thorough: You don’t cut corners, you clean them.
  • Tech-Ready: You’ve got a smartphone, a car, and internet access.
  • Legal to Work in the U.S. and can pass a background check.
  • Basic English Speakers (At least one person on your team must be able to read job notes.)

📍 Where We’re Hiring

Right now, we’re especially looking for people in:

Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Mesa, Tempe, Tucson, Oro Valley, and surrounding areas.

You’ll typically drive 30–40 minutes to your first house and about 30 minutes between jobs. We do our best to minimize long drives and keep things convenient.
